This is nuttre ^^ or nattorei
Its a pokemon and is the first grass type which is part steel (apart from the prevo Tesshiido)
Nuttre base stats:
Hp:74
Attack:94
Defence:131
Special Attack: 54
Special Defence:116
Speed:20
As you can see, this is one hell of a sturdy pokemon with hench attack. Though the only downfall is the speed. Trick room can cure this but not needed.
This typing makes it weak to Fire and Fight but resists 11 types. These are steel,electric,water,grass,ghost,psychic,rock,poison,dark,normal and dragon
Neutral dammage include ice,flying,bug and and ground.
I love grass types and to see a defencive one will bring intresting ideas to the game ^^

Also steel thorns strips 1/8th of the opponents hp, so touching this will be dangerous.

I love the art style.
Personally, I think it's going to be BL/OU...
Reasons for OU:
Bulky as hell, Steel thorns means it'll be what Blissey isn't.
Gets Spikes and SR, doens't it get Toxic spikes, too?
Access to STAB Gyro ball
Reasons for BL:
The presence of the common Shandera, Roopushin, and to a lesser extent Victini, who are all super effective against it, and roopushin can deal with steel thorns...
